Our clinic is located at 10411 100 Ave, Westlock, AB T7P 2J2. The building is accessible by a paved sidewalk with no stairs. We have a comfortable seating area in our waiting room, as well as a dedicated toy area for younger patients.
We ask that patients provide a minimum of 48 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows our team to offer the time to another patient who may be waiting for care. If an appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, a deposit of $50 may be required to book your next appointment.
A deposit of $50 is required to book any appointment or appointment block of two hours or longer.
